I am currently trying to bodybuild in college, and die to time constraint I want to use meal prep delivery to meal prep. A lot of services I found had good protein macros, but were "low fat, low carb, and low sodium." I am trying to bulk and I definitely need some fats and carbs (~300g carbs). Any suggestions?
