Ok so every time i start hitting gym daily, eating well, mostly healthy foods and occasional junk foods i go for a crap like 3-4 times a day...and it really annoys me
When i dont train much and dont have a good diet i dont have this toilet problem at all
Is this even healthy to go for a crap so many times per day???
