Please critique this. I will have 6 meals a day of these foods. My goals are to eliminate polyunsaturated fats from my diet (only getting fatty fish once a week) to improve my natural omega 3 to omega 6 ratio without supplements. This alone should allow me to have a fast metabolism even without training. Please tell me what you think.

I am on 100% or more for my RDA for all vitamins, minerals, etc with these foods. I am 140lb, my LBM is about 125lb. All foods are as organic and natural as possible.
