Over the last two months I have gotten sick 3-4 times. I live in a cold country, and I think I am getting sick because of two reasons: it gets cold here, but also the fact that I am cutting. When I say "sick" I mean I am getting the flu, runny nose, and so on.
How can I prevent this from happening when cutting? I need something that can boost my immune system. I am on a 1600 calorie diet, and I get about 50 fat, 150 protein, and around 130 carbohydrates.
I already take B-vitamins, and Omega 3.
