I usually take around 30g of Protein Powder every day sometimes every 2 depending if I need some extra but I noticed after not taking it regularly and getting back into taking it i'm starting to get warm and sweaty like 30 minutes after drinking it, I assume its just my body working to break it down has anyone else experienced this from protein powders? Its also a lactose free powder mixed with water, i'm hoping if I stick through this uncomfortable phase my body will just adapt and this will go away.
