Need help brothers..

I am a 22yr old guy from India. I am a lacto vegan. I consume milk products and usual Indian vegetarian foods. In 2014-2015 I lost around 25+kgs. I went from 112-84kgs. Then i realised I was not in proper shape. From then on i started going to gym. My gains were too low though i lifted heavy, and also I get sick frequently due to which I miss gym. My height is 6'3 and i am 92kgs now. I am thinking of going Non vegetarian from now on because of my health issues. Am I thinking the right way. Please help me..
