Martial Arts Performance

I'm gonna be competing in some local Muay Thai competitions, and i'm wondering if there is anyone with more experience that knows the best nutrition split + workout routine for maximal performance and achievement; e.g. most power, most energy, best cardio, etc.
Currently running a split of 2600 calories with 26p/42c/32f, @ 72kg, 63kg LBM.
Literally down to do anything to turn my body into a machine. As well as this, any tips and tricks would really help!
The more detail, the better!
