I’m in need of some assistance. I’m just done reading calculating your calories and macros sticky, and need some help. I know quite a bit about eating/ macros etc, but i need some help with knowing how much to decrease my calories, and what to decrease.
I’m 192 cm(6’’3.5), 94kg(207 lbs) and 23 years old.
My TDEE is about 3.100 calories.
I’ve calculated that i need about 180g Protein, 80g Fat and 405g Carbs to maintain.
I do want to lose around 10kg (22 lbs) within february/march ich. Preferebly sooner.
My question to you is, how much of my carbs do i need to cut, in what degree and when, to reach my goal in the healthiest way possible?
Example;
Week 1-3
180g P - 80g F - 280g C
Week 3-6
180g p - 80g F - 220g C
Week 6-9
180g P - 80g F - 160g C
Week 9-12
180g P - 80g F - 120g C
And after these 12 weeks i calculate my tdee and go from there. Is this an ok way to do this?
