Extreme gains

Hello,

I'm new here, so not really sure how to start a post. My question is - after adding 1 jar of peanut butter (250g) to my diet ever single day, I am starting to see some insane muscle gains. Im wondering if anyone has tried it or if that is sustainable long term, since I have very little experience with bodybuilding.

Well I'm doing my best anyway.

One more thing that I noticed is that my hair and nails are growing a bit faster and seem to be way stronger too. I wonder why is that and if it is good or bad.
