Losing Weight But Getting Stronger?

I'm 17 and have been training a few years an i am in the intermediate category however over the past month or two i went on a mini cut where i got quite lean to around 174 lbs, I have since then increased my calories by about 300 above maintenance however i have dropped in weight to around 170 lbs even though i feel bigger and have gotten stronger.

Just wondered why this could be.
