I've been tracking my diet for awhile and trying to eat generally healthier. I'm consistently over on sugar intake with a huge amount of my sugar coming from fruits. The myFitnessPal tracker has my daily sugar intake set at 45g. Which I easily get to by lunch. My breakfast has a banana and blueberries, and lunch puts me over with a red bell pepper and a piece of bread.
My question is should I just ignore this limit since I'm arguably eating healthy foods to get there, or would it be beneficial to make adjustments to try to hit it?
