I am 5 9, 165lbs male and I would like to cut in order to look and feel leaner. Specifically I want a 6 pack. Im at a 500 calorie deficit right now at 1950 calories. The problem is I play full court basketball games every day for about an hour and a half. I do it for fun so im not interested in stopping, but how does this affect my caloric intake. Do i eat back what I burn playingm or do I use it to create a larger deficit. I do not want to lose muscle by being in a massive deficit, what do I do?
