Doing 17:7 intermittent fasting and working out at 5am before work. Doing PPL with 20 mins of cardio on push and pull days.
I eat the following every day:
5am: 1 scoop of whey before gym (as recommended by Martin Berkhan's leangains protocol)
1pm: 200g grilled chicken breast, 1 cup of mixed grilled vegetables
4pm: 1 scoop of whey, 1 cup of fresh blueberries
7pm: 2 boiled eggs, 80g oats with water and 2 heaped teaspoons of peanut butter, 1 scoop of whey
8pm: 1 scoop of whey
Total: 1412 calories (173p/102c/36f)
I've not been losing weight but my lifts are still going up (newbie) and I am clearly dropping body fat.
