The comments came after the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) recently arrested five people, including a senior CDSCO official, for allegedly accepting a bribe to clear an application from Bengaluru-based Biocon Biologics seeking waiver of phase-3 clinical trials for its product, Insulin Aspart.
