Hi, am 24 years old, 180cm, 64kg, i lift 3x in week, i eat in day: tuna, eggs, conflakes, and chicken thigh with rice(3x in day)... someone tell me chicken thigh with rice is for diet, not for gain weight.. can someone tell me is that true? i really need gain weight, so eat chicken thigh rice ?? or not and what eat ??
