hey, I've been trying to lose weight, I try to eat healthy and balanced and everything but sometimes I get this huge craving for food that nothing will stop, I can be full from a meal and 10 minutes later ill be eating again like a madman. and it's not like a small meal I can eat a LOT in those attacks what can I do to stop it? its really ruining my progress (lost 3kg already )
