I’m 5ft 8inches and 166lbs on a slow bulk (200-300 surplus)
In the past I’ve lost about 35lbs of weight and did a reverse diet in December and increased calories 100 per week to try and gain 1.5lbs per month. I started gaining weight at about 2400-2500 calories per day. So I eat about that much a day with 180 protien, 85fat and rest in carbs
Weight myself everyday after waking up and restroom and use Happy Scale to track daily average. For the last one week I’m freaking loosing weight and this is driving me nuts.
I have attached the weight graph screenshot for the month of January 2020
Is this due to body adapting to more food and I need to eat more or should I wait it out another week or so to see how the scale moves?
My lifts are slowly but surely improving except bicep curls (not sure why curls are going down - maybe I fixed my form recently that’s why)
