I've started training around 4 months ago (around mid to late October 2019), and I've made some decent progress. I went from about 64kgs to about 75kgs.
However, for the past 2-3 weeks, I've noticed some sort of plateau. My lifts more or less remained the same, and even my weight decreased to about 73.5kg (and stayed around that).
I've been eating around 2100 calories per day and I try to get at least 100 grams of protein per day. Let me know if you want more info on my diet. Thanks :)
