Any of you seen "The Game Changers" on Netflix? Pretty much trying to show that switching to an all plant based diet and getting your protein through them gives you all this energy, endurance, etc. To me it looks like most of the guys they interviewed were people who required endurance. There were a couple power lifters in there, but it seems strange. Any thoughts?
