Is there a such thing as good and bad protein?
For example lets say I choose to supplement by ONLY ONE source for protein such as meat, beans, eggs or a hotpocket.
Of course the hotpocket would be the least healthy of the 4 with all the other ingredients in it but, on a cellular level, focusing ONLY on protein and protein alone, are their certain distinct disparities between the quality or kind of protein my body is getting and using from each on a molecular level?
I slightly understand that we need certain proteins and amino acids but is their a difference in the same protein or set of amino acids from different foods?
