Low carbs / keto on Rest day?

So I'm starting a lean bulk right now and my current workout plan looks like this:

Fullbody, Monday - Wedesnday - Friday

My plan is to be eating in a calorie surplus every day of the week until Sunday, because it's the furthest day from a workout day.

Now I was thinking on dropping carbs on that day, maybe even going Keto, and to increase protein and fats. I would try to hit maintenance calories or maybe even a little deficit, just to make sure I'm staying lean during my bulk.

Do you think this is a good idea? Why / why not :D
