I've gained weight, is it time to switch my diet?

Was eating on average 1k calories a day for most of my life and last month I was 49kg at 5'9 and 18yo. Since I was way below the healthy average weight I took peoples advice of eating whatever I want and can to put on weight, unhealthy eating is better than starving. Over the past month I've consistently hit 3k calories per day (with moderate workouts) and I'm now sitting at 56kg. My diet for the past month has just been pancakes w honey, chicken burgers, tuna & mayo wraps and a 1k cal protein shake to force down at the end of each day (all round up to about 3k calories and 100g of protein).

Is this diet alright to stick with for building muscle now that I'm approaching an acceptable weight. The one advantage I had from being a living stickman was that I had a really low body fat and my abs were always visible (not great but visible), will all the high fat foods I'm eating cover up my abs later on or should I not be worried?
