Ok so I am on a successful (so far) cut, i have lost 7kg in approx 3-4 months, losing about 9% bf in the process.
As the title says I am off to a stag do on Thursday until Tuesday (I plan to hit the gym on Tuesday) obviously as it is a stag do I will not be going to to the gym and drink etc will be consumed.
I want to minimise the damage done (fat gain, muscle loss) whilst still having a good time. I am not a big drinker to be fair so I don't mind restricting myself to a few drinks a day.
I was thinking of keeping protein intake high and eating clean and low carb where possible but it will be almost impossible to stick to my carb and fat intake amounts (likely to exceed) I'll be bringing protein powder so hope to keep my protein levels more or less the same.
Any advice?
