I was just wondering if it'd be a good idea to start carb backloading now that I'm about to start a cut. I've heard good things about carb backloading, but I'd like to know what this community thinks, specifically those who have tried it. I'd like to shed a few pounds but I don't want to lose much muscle and strength.
