Hello all! I have a struggle deciding what to eat for my first meal of the day. I gave oatmeal a shot but lasted for only a week cause I couldn't stand the taste anymore. Then I tried some other cereals only slightly higher in sugar and all the sugar went straight to my fat storage.
I'm an endomorph so I've also heard that I shouldn't eat many carbs (like 30% carb 30% fat and 40% protein).
I also train for 60-70 min daily monday to friday for muscle gain, with the weekend as rest days.
Eggs are a no go cause I already eat a milkshake with banana, 3 raw egg whites and 1tbs of peanut butter as my 2nd meal. I also have only a microwave so I cant cook on a stove.
I know I dont have many options but all the help is appreciated. I would do even a different approach to the oatmeal if you have a suggestion. Thank you!
