Hi everyone, need some help on whether to bulk, cut or recomp. I used to be overweight and lots it fast. I became skinny fat, and started bulking 2 months ago. I don’t have any before Pics, but these are from today. I really hate feeling overweight and I do when I bulk, but My main goal is a 6 pack since I’ve never had one and would love the lean look. So the question is, if I mainly want a 6 pack, do I bulk, cut or recomp? And how long will it take to see any sort of abs?
