I’ve spent the last week going back through hundreds of thread posts and compiled all the information I need to begin a road to transformation.
I’ve determined that my TDEE to maintain my 210 pounds would be 2,647 calories, for fat loss would be 2,117 calories and extreme fat loss would be 1,680 calories. The healthy rate of weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.
Macros, based on my 210 pound body weight, 147 grams of protein, 84 grams of fat and the rest can be supplemented in by carbs, or more protein.
I’ve read that 3 meals per day seems to be the most agreed upon which causes the least amount of burn outs and I should be consuming 38 grams of fibre, 500 grams of fruits/vegetables and supplementing a multi-vitamin.
As stated above multiple times, I weigh 210 pounds, I’m 5’9 and I have (guesstimated) about 30-33% body fat. I’ve tried many fad diets and decided that I don’t want to follow keto, intermittent, ect.
My biggest issue is it’s ridiculously complicated to find food plans on line. I’m aware that you actually CAN’T “target that stubborn belly fat in under 10 weeks” and I don’t plan on it, but I just find it tough to compile consistent meals.
I’m looking for simple meal ideas that can be prepped, and reheated on the go, I’ve decided to cut out all liquid calories (minus protein shakes and possibly breakfast shakes). This means I need to find a lunch and dinner meal that I can consistently cook/eat.
I know it gets asked every other day, and every response is “please check the sticky threads” but I’ve already done that. No one actually suggests meals.
I’m also looking for a beginner’s workout. I’ve been a long distance runner and I love cardio, but me in the weight room would be a production movie in itself.
Does anyone have any knowledge they would be willing to share? Anything other than knowledge or help can just be posted on someone else’s post. I’m new, and motivated, and willing to do my research. Not looking for a quick fix but rather a lifestyle change. Thanks
