Hello everyone,
Before I start I want to say that I greatly appreciate any answers I receive and i'm looking forward to hearing your remarks.
So I've just turned 20 and I really want to get fit and lose my layer of excess body fat.
From what I've read, I fall under 'Skinny Fat' I'm 6ft2 and weight only 10 stone 7 however you can't see any muscle besides on my legs and I look chubby in some areas.
I've been an avid cyclist for multiple years now and play golf a lot, so i do keep active.
My problem is this:
I don't know what food to eat the most of and what foods are a no go, my diet is just shocking.. I eat whatever atm..
I want to know what are some good snacks to eat whilst at work and when at home or mid exercising?
Also I take Whey protein shakes once after lifting weights and only then, is this okay, or should i be taking it before, everyday or?
Lastly what are the best foods to eat then and which foods to stay clear from, like chocolate or flapjack.
Many thanks!
P.S: my only worry is losing more weight as i'm underweight but still fat?
