TDEE calculations - how do I set my daily intake for a cut?

Hi folks!

I am struggling with calculating my TDEE using the online calculators out there. I am not entirely sure how to assess how active I am.

I am a male, age 27, 80 kg, around 15% bodyfat.
I workout 5 times per week doing an upper-lowerbody split; 3 days for upperbody, 2 days for lower (monday through friday). Workout duration is somewhere between 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
However, in my work I am completely stationary (working at home as a software engineer).

Using a calculator such as tdeecalculator.net with "moderate exercise" factor, it calculates me to around 2800 calories per day.
Does this seem reasonable?

Im currently in a cutting phase doing a mere 2000 calories per day with macros 40% carbs, 40% proteins and 20% fat -- given the above TDEE this seems a bit too low, but I am afraid of upping my caloric intake if it means Ill put on fat. I really wanna go to the 10-12% BF range...

Can anyone comment on this? I really like to get this correct so I can begin to see some amazing results!
Thanks guys!
