Meals that are easy to prepare and store? Bulking

By easy to prepare I mean doesnt require every kitchen utensil in the book and takes upwarda of 2 hours to prepare. My all time struggle in building muscle is my lack of nutrition and calories. I've found some meals that dont break the bank to acquire like pasta but pasta turns to mush when I store it, and I don't have time to cook and clean on certain days. Anyone got meal suggestions that give lots of calories and proper macros for a bulking diet but can actually be stored ? Meals and macros are my biggest struggle.
I've got chicken and rice, pasta, my protein shake, burritos (cant be stored they turn soggy) , some protein bars and that's it.
