Precision on caloric intake

Hi :)

I read all the sticky and I still don't understand how I should track my daily calories...

1) Are we agree that I need to count my daily calories for fat lost ?

2) Should I use the calories of a food or shoud I estimate myself the calories of a food ?

For exemple, I have eggs for 100g : 150 kcal - 13,8 prot - 1,01 carb - 9,72 fat

If I eat 100g, should I take
* 150 kcal ?
* 4*13,8 + 1,01*4 + 9,72*9 = 146,72 kcal?
