So I am trying to get back into things so I opted into his workout to see what he advises for a plan. I went to the nutrition section and he's telling us we need the following:
1.5g of protein per lb of body weight
.5g of fat per lb
1.5g carbs per pound
I am 260lbs. This would mean
390g protein or 1560 calories
130g of fat or 1170 calories
390g carbs or 1560 calories
Total: 4290 calories. According to the TDEE I need 2474 calories a day to cut. I don't even eat 4290 calories on a normal fat-guy day. How the heck does he find these numbers? I'm lost.
I lost the weight once and its a stuggle to get back into it and lose it again. First time I lost 60, now I need to lose 100 :(
