Hello, I am a 19 year old male who is looking to start eating healthier and put on muscle... I have previously not been a very active person and only weigh around 59/60kg. I have been looking into how much protein I should be eating a day and it all seems very conflicted, so far I have been eating anywhere between 150 - 200g a day which I am thinking maybe quite excessive.
