Just went to the market and saw frozen corn 400gr for half a dollar, in it there is 350kcal and 70gr of carbs per 100gr. Then i saw lentils 400gr for 30 cents, in 100gr there is 80gr carbs and 350kcal, and then is saw what for 25 cents 400gr, in 100gr of wheat there is 360kcal and 60gr of carbs. Which is the best for bulking out of these three? I am bulking on a budget
