How much to eat?

Hi guys,

Looking for some advice on food / quantity. I’ve been training for 12 years now, I am in pretty good shape but I can never get past where I am now which is 75kg without the use of steroids, I’ve used roids a fair bit in the past but am at that point in my life now where I don’t want to take them anymore.

I know the reason I’m can’t pass 75kg is because I’m not eating enough, so my question is - how many meals a day / calories should I be eating and what type of food? I’ve always been crap and the diet side of it and quite narrow minded on what I eat.

75kg / 181cm - 30 years old
