I’ve been on a cut for about 6 weeks now and successfully went from 96.6 kg to 91.3 kg while still getting stronger.
I am eating 2100kcal a day by eating the same thing everyday:
Skyr and nuts
Chicken and rice
Chicken and rice
Handkäse(german cheese) with a bit of jam
This comes down to 2100kcal 215g carbs 220g protein 38g fat
I am doing ppl with 5 times a week(two times push and pull with one intensive leg day)
Btw I am 18 yo, 190cm and been training again for 9 months now.
How come that I lost so much weight? Should I be concerned?

Edit: TDEE should be around 2600-2700
