Alright guys I’m trying to find some more greens that have some really good health boosts to add into my diet. I don’t eat a lot of greens which is why I’m asking. One that I do eat is green bell peppers I eat 2 whole ones a day. Not sure that bell peppers have A lot of good health effects or not. Also I was looking into jalapeños trying to see what health benefits they have. I’m not just looking at calories I’m looking for greens that have a lot of nutrients. Any help would be appreciated thank you. Also they don’t have to be greens if there’s some other vegetables that provide a lot of nutrients. I don’t think 2 whole bell peppers a day are enough but I could be wrong.
