Cutting

Good evening,

I have been getting into bodybuilding very seriously over the past four months. I am currently cutting and I am wondering if I am doing it wrong. I am eating around 1500 calories a day. I have no idea how it is this low. I will attach an entire day's meal as a photo below. I do not feel hungry throughout the day and if I do I eat. I do need to increase the amount of protein I am eating. If anyone has an affordable way for this please comment that also.
