Making the switch

Hi guys,

I have two weeks left of my current cut before I start moving onto a clean bulk.

At the moment I am on a pretty sizable calorie deficit, consuming no more than 1,500 Cal's per day, but most days capped at 1,200.

I'm just wondering if - when the time comes that I switch to a bulk - whether I should immediately switch to my new planned 3,500 cal diet or make a gradual switch over a couple of weeks.

Are there any pros / cons to either approach? Can there be an advantage to having a sudden surge of calories or is it likely to initially be stored as fat due to the reduced metabolic rate brought on from a cut?
