So, I’ve gone from 167 to 170 since November. We’re talking 1lb per month. It appears that I have gained pretty much zero fat. I feel really good and strength is continually increasing. I’m going to see how long I can keep this up. Anyone else have experience here as far as continuing to make slow progress?
