So I’ve been doing Vikings barebones for about a year for the first time but since this was my first time ever truly taking weightlifting seriously I was able to get some muscle and get defined. My question is this based off my info in the pic would I be able to do a 1 pound bulk while staying lean at my current weight since I’m only 137.2 or do I do the 0.5 a week? I don’t want to lose my abs so fast but I know they said with newbies we can gain a lot quickly and since I just hit my 1 year mark I know I wasn’t quite doing it right from the start so maybe I didn’t get the full year. Any help would be appreciated on which one I should go.
