I am a Tree Surgeon by trade and most days I seem to be burning around the 4k calorie mark some days even up to 5k, so about double for the average, my workday is around 3 hours of medium-intense cardio and about 3 hours of light cardio per day, with some cardio on lighter days and 3-4 days a week on weights in the evening.
I am fairly skinny as I have only ever consumed about 2-3k in calories but I am trying to gain slight muscle so going for the 30f/30c/40p plan and increasing my calorie intake to 4k+ but I am slightly concerned about consuming 400grams of protein a day, usually having 4-5 servings of Whey to help boost it up.
Would you say consuming this amount and type of protein is safe from a nutritional point of view safe
