I have been LCHF for about 6 months as I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and this diet helps to get my levels back to normal range.
Can some guys that follow this diet long term/forever post what their split is in terms of how much protein/fat/carb ratio and also how they went about getting good gains/tips for training/meal timing etc.
