Skinny to Lean & Toned Advice!

Hi guys,

Just starting out into fitness and would really like some advice.

I'm a male in my early 30s and have been skinny pretty much all my life but decided to start going to the gym to stop looking like a walking skeleton once and for all. Just some background - I'm 5'8" and am at 120lbs with 11% body fat. I've some tummy fats (skinny fat I assume) that I wish to get rid of and I'm really trying to achieve a physique like this (imgur.com/BbGW6YJ) or this (imgur.com/FLsOioR) - nothing too extreme.

Starting this journey on my own is a little intimidating but thought I would ask for some advice here:
1) Is the daily calorie intake same across all ethnicities (i.e. Asian, Caucasian etc)?
2) Which TDEE calculator is recommended (for Asians, if that matters)? I've tried a number of them online but all seem to give varying results, with some giving about 200-300 calories difference. As someone who's struggling to eat more currently to put on weight, an additional 2-300 calories a day makes a big difference.
3) Is lean-bulking the way to go to go from skinny to the physique I'm trying to achieve?
4) How much extra calories should I eat per day? 200-300?
5) Is the recommended diet more carbs/protein, less fat? What should the ideal ratio be?
6) I probably already know the answer but how long on average do people like me take to achieve a similar target?
7) Anything else I should be mindful of?

Most of my questions are really just diet-related as I have zero knowledge in this area but grateful for any tips and advice!
