Protein from fish, eggs, nuts, beans-but not meat or dairy

Anyone do that?

I stopped eating meat, but eating plenty fish and nuts, eggs, beans.

I bought whey powder but holy smokes anything to do with dairy and my a** explodes about 50 times a day, so I stopped that and things are much better.

Eating fish and veggies seems to cut the fat pretty quickly, it's a bit of a challenge to eat it all the time.

Anyone have fish recipes etc?
