(m25) Seem to have strange body odor shortly after showering. Breakfast I eat oatmeal and have protein shake (serious mass) both with milk. I'm not lactose intolerant but could my body be rejecting what is in the meals? Not exactly sweating but more a secretion, skin becomes very oily. Could my breakfast have something to do with it? What nutrients should i have more of and less of in order to allow my body to break them down without an odor. Overload on carbs? Very new to forum and nutrition.
