Hi everyone, I'm new to fitness and would love some advice.
I am a female, 5'5", 117lbs as of today. I am pretty skinny and would like to build muscle but am not sure what my nutritional goals should look like. I am using Lose It! to track my calories, but I'm not sure what to set my goal weight at. Obviously I'm not trying to lose weight, so I'm wondering what my calorie intake should be with the goal of gaining muscle mass?
Any advice is greatly appreciated! :)
