What veggies blend well in a protein shake?

For instance, if I want to blend spinach / carrots / tomatoes, what flavor of protein powder will be best?

Also, does the brand of powder matter? I'm using Myprotein Matcha/Chocolate/Strawberry.

Lastly, do you guys blend raw veggies, or do you blanch it before throwing it into the blender? Does blending hurt the nutritional content of the veggies too?
