passed out during a set of ohp

today I was doing a 5×5 on ohp and around the third set and the third rep I completely passed out and started seizing (fine now tho) I'm on a calorie deficit and had a red bull beforehand. Should I not take any stimulants before working out to avoid this situation in the future?
