Excess Protein?

Hi y'all! I just finished my first bikini show and did really well with the help of my coach, and am now starting the reverse dieting process. I've been doing a lot of reading about nutrition/macros/calories online, and I was wondering if theres any real reason I should be eating 210g of protein/day (which is whats currently on my plan). I'm 5'8, stage weight about 125/126lbs, probably only going to get up 130, max 135 for off-season. Right now my macro split is about 45/40/15 protein/carbs/fats, (~1600cal) which doesn't necessarily seem right to me, but I trust my coach and I'm definitely no expert. What are your thoughts on this?
